Jina Tarafder aka VJ Jeena is a model turned VJ from Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. Jina Taraf turned 25 years old in 2023. Jina Tarafder completed her schooling at Suniti Bala Sadar Girls High School, Jalpaiguri. She started her career as a model and shared in several pageant shows. In 2017, she hosted a popular show on the music channel Sangeet Bangla. She was featured in the show SB Top 10. Jina Tarafder is presently pursuing her graduation in Bengali honours. Jeena started her modelling career in a beauty pageant show named Sananda Tilottama, she entered into the final but lost the final. Later she started her Video Jockey career at Sangeet Bangla. She joined the channel in November 2017. She currently hosts some famous shows like SB Top10 and SB Superhitz.
Jina loves to dance at her school. She has performed the drama “Nil Tuli” at her school. She dreamed to become a model since her childhood. Before joining Sangeet Bangla, she appeared on a Bengali TV serial “E Amar Gurudakshina”.
She acted in the web series “Chick Flick 2”.
She also performed in “Jaagor” at Gyan Mancha on 5th December 2021.
Jina currently acting in “Bou Ma Ek Ghor” at Star Jalsa.
Recently, Jina joined her new daily soup series ‘Bangla Medium’ where Jina is playing a character of a school girl named ‘Elina’.
She also acted in Srijit Mukherji’s “Oti Uttam” which is about to release.
Jina love to spend Durga Puja at her home town Jalpaiguri. She is a very family-oriented person and always prioritizes family whenever needed.
