Gurugram Court Grants Bail to YouTuber Elvish Yadav in Assault Case. A Gurugram court has given bail to Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, on Saturday. He was arrested on March 17 for a case related to the Wild Life Protection Act of 1972.

Elvish Yadav appeared in court today due to an assault case involving fellow content creator Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern.

On March 8, Elvish Yadav was caught on video assaulting Sagar Thakur, throwing him to the ground and slapping him.

After the incident, Sagar Thakur filed a complaint against Elvish Yadav and others at the Sector 53 Police Station.

However, Elvish Yadav shared a video online claiming that the incident was planned by Sagar Thakur. He later apologized through another video on social media.

Elvish Yadav also posted a photo with Sagar Thakur on his social media account, captioning it “brotherhood on top.” In a separate case, Elvish Yadav was granted bail by a court in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida, on Friday.

He was arrested by the Noida Police on March 17 for their investigation into the suspected use of snake venom as a recreational drug at parties he hosted.

The case includes charges under the Wildlife Protection Act, as well as sections of the Indian Penal Code related to criminal conspiracy and negligence endangering human safety. Charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act have also been added.
