Last year in August, Ileana and Michael welcomed their first child, Koa Phoenix Dolan. They moved to the United States together to be with Michael.
During her pregnancy, Ileana praised Michael for being very supportive. She said that being pregnant was a blessing, and she felt lucky to experience it. Ileana mentioned that Michael was always there for her, making her laugh, wiping her tears, and giving her hugs when she needed them.
